Database & Excel Import
Chỉ thành viên team LIPHOCO mới có quyền import data.
Quên mật khẩu? Liên hệ admin để reset trong phpMyAdmin / setup_admin.php.
Import danh sách 97 SKU từ file Excel. Cột bắt buộc: code, description, type, price_usd, weight_kg. Cột tùy chọn: pos, notes.
Import qty của từng item theo PO (C18/C20/C23...). Cột Excel: po_ref, item_code, qty, item_status (tùy chọn).
Header info cho từng container: ngày, contact, MPO number...
Import booking ETD/ETA, vessel, B/L. Cột Excel: po_ref, status, etd, eta, vessel, bl_number, route, weight_kg, value_usd, progress.
Upload file MPO_Import_Template.xlsx (file đa-sheet) — hệ thống tự nhận diện từng sheet và import vào đúng bảng.
1_Items hoặc Items → bảng items (SKU master)2_PurchaseOrders hoặc PurchaseOrders → bảng purchase_orders3_PO_LineItems hoặc PO_LineItems → bảng po_items4_Bookings hoặc Bookings → bảng bookings5_Production hoặc Production → bảng production_status0_ (HUONG_DAN) hoặc tên không khớp sẽ bị bỏ qua.
Backup hoặc edit offline rồi import ngược lại. Tải file Excel multi-sheet chứa items + POs + bookings + production status.
Xóa data trong từng bảng. Cẩn thận — KHÔNG khôi phục được nếu chưa export backup.
Đổi password cho tài khoản đang đăng nhập. Password mới phải tối thiểu 6 ký tự.
Thêm thành viên team có quyền truy cập admin. Email phải duy nhất, password ≥ 6 ký tự.
Quản lý quyền truy cập, reset password, xóa user.
